Free delivery

Please note! Due to increased transport costs, we are unfortunately forced to adjust the minimum order amounts for free shipping.

Depending on order value and destination country, no shipping costs will be calculated.

Track & Trace

Once your package has been registered with our carrier, you will receive a track & trace code by e-mail.  You can find all the details about the shipment here. We do our best to ship all orders in a single package, but this isn't always possible. If the order is too large for a single package, a multi-package shipment is arranged. You then receive several track & trace codes. If you don't receive an e-mail, the track & trace code can always be found in your account overview in the webshop.

*You can only use this functionality if you are registered in our customer database. For anonymous orders, it's not possible to retrieve the track & trace code in the account overview.

No same-day delivery

We don't offer same-day delivery. It's not possible to place an order with us and have it delivered the same day. In order to offer this option, our carrier would have to make an extra pick-up every day, several extra trucks would have to drive between the distribution centres and the deliverers would have to make an extra run with a half-empty van. To avoid these extra steps and limit the carbon footprint of our logistics process, we choose not to offer same-day delivery.

Standard delivery

Our standard delivery company is DPD. As soon as we've packaged your order, we register your shipment with DPD and you receive a Track & Trace code allowing you to track your order. The shipping costs we charge differ per country within the European Union. 

Outside the European Union

We can ship your orders worldwide. Here, too, we look for the optimal delivery method to your chosen destination. The delivery costs are calculated based on weight, size and destination.

Express delivery

If you find yourself in need of parts urgently, it's possible to request an express delivery. The costs associated with this are calculated for you on request and differ per carrier and country. We research the fastest option and then come up with a price proposal. Upon approval, we can register the package and ship it immediately.
