Can I add a product to my order?
Once your order shows the status COMPLETE in the customer portal, unfortunately you cannot add any more parts. Our online store team has already processed your order. If the original order still has the PROCESSING status, you can add parts without any problem. To do this, create a new order, and click on the "Pickup in our store" option to avoid additional shipping costs. In the free text field, enter the number of the initial order and ask to add the new order. After payment of the new order, our online store team will merge the two orders.
Can I place an intra-Community order at 0% VAT?
Yes, if you are ordering as a business within the EU and have a valid VAT number, you can place an intra-EU order. Please send an e-mail with the order number and your valid VAT number before paying. Where can I find the correct order number when calling or emailing customer service?
It can indeed be difficult at times. The correct order number / order number can be found at the top left of the delivery note, at the top of the invoice or in the confirmation email. This number starts with 100, 200, 300 or 400. The order number that our customer service needs does not start with VR .
