Want to make a warranty claim and/or schedule a repair?
In the following circumstances, you can make a warranty claim or submit your product for repair.
- Defect within the warranty period of the product.
- Product incorrectly supplied by Burton Car Company.
- Product ordered in error or returns under the Distance Selling Regulations.
As soon as we receive a product in connection with a warranty claim, we first assess whether the problem is within or outside the scope of the warranty. The outcome of this will of course be communicated to you and together we'll find a suitable solution.
