Returns are also possible, no problem!
We are a Webshop, of course, so we prefer to send packages rather than receive them! But if something has to be returned, we try to make it as easy as possible for you.
This is the link to our user-friendly return portal. To log in, you need the postcode and order number of your order. If you go through the whole menu, you can indicate which item you wish to return and the reason for the return. Finally, you can indicate whether you would like a refund of the purchase price or a replacement part. That's also possible, of course! Or you can choose a voucher and continue shopping for your next order.
You can drop off the return package at your nearest parcel service shop. You can also arrange this yourself, on one of the last screens of the returns portal.
After receiving your package, our warehouse will process your return and you'll be informed automatically.
Please note that returns aren't always free of charge! They are, of course, if we made a mistake or it concerns a warranty claim. But if you've ordered something in error, you'll have to pay the shipping costs for its return. (these will automatically be deducted from your credit note).
As you may have noticed, we employ a deposit arrangement for our reconditioned parts. When purchasing a reconditioned product, additional costs are charged in relation to the return part. These costs are refunded to you as soon as we receive the old, used part from you. We would love to continue helping you with reconditioned parts but in order to do this, we need your help!
We would ask you to use our returns portal:
Follow all the steps in the menu. Once you've completed all the steps, you can print the return label and take the package to your nearest parcel service shop. As soon as we receive the return shipment, the parts will be visually assessed. We only process return parts that are intact and are the same as the purchased (reconditioned) part. See the images below for comparison. Once the part has been assessed, the calculated deposit will be refunded to your account or credited against a new purchase.
*Return parts must be returned within a period of 2 months. If you return parts after this period, you will not be compensated.
