We offer a complete set of new cylinder liners with pistons for a 425cc engine. This set is delivered including new piston pins (equipped with retaining clips) and piston rings, which are already installed in the pistons. When purchasing this set, you are guaranteed a high-quality cylinder kit.

Our cylinders have been extensively tested in our overhaul workshop on various engines since 2010, leading to refinement and optimization of this cylinder type. We place great value on quality and therefore fully stand behind the durability and reliability of this cylinder set.

When installing these new cylinders, it is essential to observe a running-in period of at least 2000 km. After the first 1000 km, we recommend adjusting the valves and changing the oil to ensure optimal performance. The product is delivered including piston rings that are already installed in the pistons, for effortless assembly.
